That was my other pick. Went with the RB.

 

Robinson is a sneaky pick if you have the roster space.

He keeps creeping up rankings and it may have as much to do with Ryquell not producing (opening the door to competition) as much as it has to do with Robinson being viewed as a better short yardage answer.

The guy has got some neat feet for a bigger back.

how does this work for the practice squad? Do I draft them now or what? I only have 1 slot on my roster left but 4 more draft choices after that. Do I draft PS players now? Also, Trade available 8.7, 9.3, 9.7 and 10.3 up for trade (assuming I dont need them for PS players)

 

The players you draft will be assigned to your roster shortly after the draft concludes. Free Agency will open up a couple days later probably at 5 or 6 pm of whatever day is determined. You will have until then to get your roster down to 40.

Essentially after this draft is complete you will have to get your roster down to a maximum of 40 players. At some point closer to the start of the regular season you will have to get your roster cut down to 32 players, unless you have two guys on injured reserve, in which case you can have as many as 34 players.

However, the only way you can have 34 players is to have your 30 maximum on your regular roster, Two more on your injured reserve, and two more on your practice squad. Those two players you will have to designate as your practice squad guys closer to the regular season (must be 1 offensive, 1 defensive player), I think it’s usually week three of the preseason we are forced to make those decisions
