The big thing with the Falcons this year really is going to be whether the coaching staff has it together. I'm dead serious on that one. They should have been a top contender last year, but they did utterly stupid shit across the board with the coaches - moving the RB coach to special teams, having the WR coach take over RBs (he had never coached RBs before - ever) and leaving Raheem Morris (now the defensive coordinator) to work with the WRs on offense. They had the former coach of the high school down the road (who had only two years of college coaching experience) become the DL coach. They continued to play the outside zone (because that's what the OL coach knows best) in spite of signing non-zone free agent linemen. And they went 1-7. Then they got it together and rearranged things (undoing the stupidity) at the bye week and went 6-2 down the back stretch.
