The problem with running QBs is if you give a coach enough tape then you can exploit them and even shut them down. It happened to an extent with Watson and he had to readjust his game this season.
Watson is a good pocket passer compared to most other running QBs Belichick definitely needed more tape against the Ravens
If anyone needs an experienced backup Quarterback, Yes, Jacoby Brissett is available. Not too expensive. Could be the insurance you need.
Haha I don’t think so. I heard about a month ago that the Browns were really high on a Ezra, to where they were wanting to trade up to early 2nd/late 1st to grab him. Maybe there rumblings that a team 15-25 is gonna draft him if he’s there.
I am serious Need a better backup and Dillion is my bell cow now Plus when we play the chiefs we can distract Andy Reid with a good plate of Brisket
Honestly I would confer with my partner in crime here. But I'm not sure I would approve a trade with Drake, frustrating though that may sound. I'm just not believing it will happen. He was huge for them last year. Still young. And after the Hopkins trade (and sending away last starting RB) they're a team believing they can make some noise. Not saying no for sure. I'm just uncomfortable with that.
Drake works extremely well in that offense. Dillon will be fine but I’m not sure if he can be the guy there this year. It’s a completely different system than what was ran at BC
