With Logan Ryan moving on I think he walks into that slot role year one while he’s learning. I think they’ll also use this year to test him outside a bit to see if he can take over for Butler when he’s moved on or if we’ll need another outside corner. Either way I feel like a guy who can cover along with bring tough, playing man or zone, and can blitz off the edge will be useful in our variable front.

Disclaimer: School has me really behind on scouting this year so this is a combo of what I’ve seen and what others have seen

 

Don’t get me wrong he probably has the skill to cover outside. He just doesn’t have that 6Foot +, long arms build that’s almost mandatory on the outside now. That’s why I brought it up.

I can’t believe I managed to draft two players from Georgia. And both of them are solid picks in the position they were drafted at. Both players should help improve their respective teams this season. Which is scary considering the Chiefs just won the SB.
