    LOL

I meant in the context of him being a sleeper.

I like him a little more to succeed at guard than I do tackle.

I think Chinn has the tools to be a defensive super-star. He's got a lot of talent and scouts are drooling over him. Watching his highlights on youtube convinced me he's the real deal... solid tackler, nose for the football and god-gifted physical ability. Not to mention, as a four-year starter for Southern Illinois, Chinn amassed 243 tackles, 13 interceptions, 31 passes defended and six forced fumbles... not too shabby at all.

Hope he lands on the Vikings, but its just a dream.

It's a nice bonus that Charles can play anywhere on the line, and a move inside wouldn't shock me at all, but I see him as a starting OT in this league, provided he stays out of trouble off the field. No question in my mind that he has the footwork to be really good. And I love the tenacity with which he goes about his business....

As i mentioned during the GMO mock, Saahdiq should be in the conversation with the guys at the top, be he is his own worst enemy...He has to mature or it could all be for not.

I'm not disagreeing with the assessment, but I should have been clearer with my question.

What I really meant was - Does anyone here really classify Chinn as a sleeper?

I definitely don’t think he’s a sleeper. Too bad, since he’s not going to fall to 2/54.

I think when I started this I was calling them "top 5 sleepers", but then I sorta categorized that as; Guys that won't get picked in the first round. but will become NFL stars. Or something to that extent. So Chinn probably fits from that perspective, though I didn't list him.. Same can be said with J.K. Dobbins. I listed him, but he's not a sleeper. Just not likely to go in round one...

Dobbins is an interesting prospect to see different takes on this season.

    He's got a lot of love/hate analysis.

I watched every game he played in at Ohio State. The kid just kept getting better. Balance, speed, hands, vision, J.K.'s got it all. Not sure what critics could be hating on with Dobbins? He'll be a stud NFL RB.

Mainly speed concerns, specifically the ability to change tempo to set up defenders or create additional lanes, questions about his vision, horizontal movement and explosion are the more regular ones.

He gets high marks across the board for his work as a pass protector and outlet, which those two things alone will help buoy his stock.

It’s a shame he couldn’t test because he feels like a player that could have had a lot of impact on evaluators in a positive or negative manner, based on his numbers.

I, too, watched his every game at Ohio State and think he'll do well in the NFL.

However, I think Taylor out of Wisconsin will end up as a better NFL running back. In the multiple OSU vs Wisconsin games over the past two years, I think Taylor out shined Dobbins.

I based my list on non-1st round picks. Chinn looks to be the 2nd best safety in the draft. He’s definitely capable of going late round 1 but he will be a steal if he lasts until the back half of the 2nd. The other guys on my list will probably go between rounds 3-5.

Not at all.... FTR: I have them rated very close. But we didn't play Wisconsin in 2018 and here's the numbers from 2019.

Regular season 10/26/19 (I was at this game.)
    OHIO STATE 37, Wisconsin 7

    TAYLOR 12 carries, 52 yards, 0 TD's, 0 Receptions
    DOBBINS 20 carries, 163 yards, 2 TD's.....3 rec, 58 yards.

    BIG 10 Championship game
    OHIO STATE 34, Wisconsin 21

    TAYLOR 20 carries, 148 yards, 1 TD....2 rec, 8 yds.
    DOBBINS 33 carries, 172 yards, 1 TD

I would put Taylor, Dobbins, Swift and Edwards-Helaire all in my overall top 50 prospects for this draft. It will be interesting to see what order they come off the board. And that reminds me, I will be running that pre-draft contest again, where you predict the order prospects come off the board, by position. So we'll have that again when we get the contests rollin on draft week.

Safety and TE should be especially interesting.
Probably WR too (I’m sure many think they have the top three).
DE and LB. CB is tough every year.

Actually the only two positions I have any real shot at getting right are probably RB and QB. Maybe OT

I thought Chinn was going to be oriental.
His play looks pretty good though

Does he have character flags? Just wondering why he isn’t projected for rd one

No, just from Southern Illinois. It’s not exactly Ohio State.

When all is said and done he might prove to be a first round pick.

The biggest obstacle for teams is not being able to check these guys out like normal. I could see 15 years from now there being some HOF players possibly drafted late because teams couldn’t get the information they needed
