I'll abide by your ruling...but the spreadsheet (which I'm going by) says the previous bid on JPP was 12:55pm on 3/8. My bid is 12:54 on 3/10. That's razor-thin...but within 48 hours.

 

He hasn't yet officially rescinded his bid (waiting on his post to announce that).

Assuming he does - then you can proceed to sign him if you so choose.

 

The spreadsheet is there for reference but if it's close to the closing time you need to check the original post time for the bid -

When will bids begin on cheaper players?

 

As a result of the Quinn signing the Giants are rescinding their bid on Byron Jones. I just can't afford them both and then making a few other moves.

Since they are out on Jones they want to bring back an old friend.
