Thanks, Lyman, I was actually looking at that one page 1. I have to scroll L&R just to read it (not complaining; just ‘splaining). Also the rules are not clear to me. I’ll use an abstract example because the Bills are not planning to run up Cooper’s contract. But if I wanted to bid on that WR what is the minimum I’d have to add? Also, how do I “sign” that player?

 

The minimum is whichever is less of 10% or $1 million.
To sign him you have to have the highest bid for 48 hours without someone raising the bid, and then say you’ve signed him
