4 out of the 6 teams they played are non-playoff teams. Also four of them were road games, real bad west coast swing with Murray and Jarry splitting duties.

Draisaitl becomes the first player this season to hit the century mark and more.

    Draisaitl for the Hart?

I would say so, he has a comfortable lead right now, and most of McDavids points include him. So it looks like they'll just cross each other out.

Flyers win another big game, 5-3 over the Rags. Tough loss for the Rangers to as they are separated by 1 point with the Canes in a great battle.

Worst timing ever for their goalie to get in a car accident.

The last time the Flyers won a playoff round was in 2011-12 against the Pens. They then went down to the Devils in the next round (5 games).

The NHL general managers voted Tuesday in favor of changing the application of the offside rule to allow for players to be considered onside as long as one of their skates is above the vertical plane of the blue line regardless if it is in contact with the ice.

Good thing they're trying to end the stupidity.

I don't think the founding fathers meant for the offside to be so srutinized. I think they probably noticed too many players goal suck and they thought of offside to put an end to it.

They couldn't even get the replays right and I started getting confused myself on what constituted an offsides.

Im going to split a gut if Ottawa waltz's into Pittsburgh and hands them another 'L'.

The worst part is they were taking away these nice goals that had nothing to do with the quarter inch offside.

Pens in a bad funk, the sens are on a bit of a high with the return of Ryan.

    Pens up 4-1

Bs up 2-0.on Tampa halfway through the game.

If Leon wins the Hart, first German ever.

I don't like this. Whether or not we all agree with the offsides rule, it's at least able to be adjudicated on the principle that a skate has to still be on the blue line. Now, it just has to be above the blue line - that is going to be impossible to tell definitively in each and every case. It's going to lead to a lot of instances where offside should be called and isn't, and vice versa. I can only see this causing more ruffled feathers, not less. Moving to video review capability was a positive step, this now makes that review more difficult.
