    I couldn't imagine Namath being a Ram....but he was.

If you're dependent on your surrounding cast or coaching....are you a difference maker?

    But we've seen this before.
    Joe Montana to the Chiefs.
Brett Favre to the JETS ??
    Anything's possible.

It’s a solid question, and it depends on personal interpretation.

Not all difference makers can succeed in every circumstance, IMO.

There are the special types that can overcome virtually anything, but it’s rare and usually only happens in the extremely short term.

An example for a low key difference maker (my definition) from this season would be Jimmy G. There was a stretch of the season where the run game slowed and the defense regressed but the Niners kept things rolling by utilizing Jim’s abilities. During that time he was the difference between San Fran falling down or continuing to position themselves for the playoffs.

The thing with Teddy B. Is there is still a lot of unknown. His injury occurred going into his 3rd season. An all important season for many QB’s. If you can remember back to that time, Teddy was coming off an impressive first season as the starter when he went down.

I don’t know how anybody could tell what his ceiling is with so little playing time since. All the other available QB’s are available do to age or regression. We know what they are. There is some hope involved but Bridgewater could very well be a top 5 QB given the chance. If I’m Pace I pay the man and roll those dice.

I still can’t think of a situation that I really like Winston in.

Could you really bring him in as a back up somewhere without it being an issue?

That would create some options I would prefer.

Raiders? He fits their traditional gun-slinging mentality.

Winston doesn't want to be a backup. And I'm not sure I'd want him in my QB room as one.

If Bridgewater does leave I wouldn’t be surprised if Payton kicks the tires on Winston as a possible heir to Brees.

What I'd Like To See Happen...
    Tom Brady - Tennessee
    Ryan Tannehill - Chargers
    Marcus Mariota - Bears
    Philip Rivers - Tampa Bay
    Eli Manning - retires
Case Keenum - stay in Denver
Dak Prescott - stay in Dallas
Drew Brees - stay in N'awlins
    Teddy Bridgewater - Patriots
    Jameis Winston - Raiders

“Case Keemun - stay in Denver”

You must be a Redskins fan, and this is wishful thinking.
I think you’ll be right about Eli.

Tom Brady is going to stay in NE. That’s my call, but my wish is that he’d get the fuck outta the AFCE. Come on already, it’s Buffalo Bills time.

The answers were based on "what I'd LIKE to see happen," not what I think will happen.

Not sure I understand the comment about being a Redskins fan...

Keenum is probably the guy I would most prefer on the Bears out of the available options.

What? Wait! Are you saying “stay in Denver” was NOT a typo?

First, my first response was just a tongue in cheek response to what I assumed was a simple mind burp.

Second, Keemun played for the Redskins and not the Broncos this season. Therefore, he cannot stay where he ain’t. I can understand, however, how a Skins fan may have preferred that he was never traded away by Denver.

WTF.........Give up BOTH Titans QB's for Brady...........NO Thanks.

Brady will stay with New England and suffer a bad year.

The one I did find interesting on your list was Winston too Las Vegas Raiders.....

    Mayock won’t do that.

After the debacle of AB being there, he’s not going to risk replacing one arguably mediocre QB With another arguably mediocre QB, this one with rape issues and other indiscretions in his past
