well said and i agree that they should start a proper rebuild.
as for what fans (of any sport in any city) want, screw em. do whats best for the franchise regardless of whether the locals agree. its easy for me to say but it just seems so easy. whether a player speaks french or not should not factor in to the value of the player.

still looking for that elusive W for Krejci. Kreider would be fantastic but at what cost? Toffoli would also be welcome and Id assume a bit cheaper.
both these guys linked to the Bs for a few years now but probably more likely this year because of their expiring deals.

I wouldn't give away top prospects, but what choice have you got?

Doesn't look good for the Sabres, now 5-3.

I was thinking of going to watch this game, too lazy to go back home and get my passport.

Whats up everyone? Its been a little while since I checked in here. Hope everyone is well. Ive been doing nothing but working, shuttling kids around and traveling. 2019 was a good traveling year actually.
How bout them Pens? Im pleasantly surprised how well they have been this year despite all of the injuries. To me the biggest surprise is how well Jarry has played making Murray the official back up. Sid should be playing any day now which is good news.

Yeah I was watching that game and I knew it wasn't going to be good as soon as it happened. He's such a good young player, it sucks.

Jonathan Huberdeau surpassed Olli Jokinen for the most points in Florida Panthers history Sunday with a goal and an assist in Florida’s 8-4 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs.

The 26-year-old from Saint-Jerome, Quebec has recorded 420 points (143 goals, 277 assists) in 512 games as a member of the Panthers.

Florida selected Huberdeau with the third-overall selection of the 2011 NHL draft after the forward played for the Saint John Sea Dogs in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

Huberdeau set the record with an assist on Mike Hoffman’s power-play goal early in the third period. He also added a goal of his own midway through the second period when he made a nifty move to his backhand to beat Michael Hutchinson.

He currently leads the team with 61 points and is on pace to surpass his career high of 92 points set last season.
