Welp, I waa as wrong as wrong can be about how this game was going to go. Tennessee came to play, Baltimore didn't. Maybe the Ravens shouldn't get any more bye weeks. Unless something drastic changes, we are about to be 1-2 after a first round bye
The team looks like the KC, Browns, and Steelers version of the Ravens as opposed to the one that started forming in Seattle. I'll never question rust again, and you can bet Harbaugh will never rest starters for this long. Probably going to go down as the worst loss in team history if the keep it up for 20 more minutes.
Well they are finished. We will start seeing the narrative about Lamar not being able to win in the playoffs. Bet on it.
Yeah, we're about to be down 18 or 22. I'm not sure which, but it'll pretty much end the game. It was an entertaining season regardless of the outcome. But what looks like a big loss right now definitely hurts
Never in my life would I have believed a Ryan Tannehill team would beat us. Football is a crazy game. It's going to be real tough trying to get a grasp on this season after tonight.
The defense did nothing to help out the struggling offense tonight and the offensive playcalling and decisions were terrible. We gave up on running the ball from the start and tried getting cute throwing to our below average receivers.
Based on how excellent this team was, this has to go down as one of the biggest upsets in NFL history. Not exactly the side of the upset you want to be on.
Whelp that's it for me. I'm tapping out. Can't watch them implode anymore as I'd like to salvage some positive memories from the season.
I quit watching after the Henry throw for the TD. What a pathetic and embarrassing performance tonight. They wasn't ready, and got punched in the mouth, and just proved all the haters correct that a running QB will never win anything in the NFL.
Sadly, I'm going to make myself suffer until the clock reads 0:00. Let me say it now, I was sooooo wrong about how this game would go. Tennessee was the better team in this game. Derrick Henry is a freaking monster. He's like old school Jamal back there
Straight GAHBAGE tonight.... go 14-2 and waste a season by coming out looking like STRAIGHT GAHBAGE... credit to the Titans though, hell of a game.
I'll say this, Hayden Hurst should be used more. A lot more. Fastest TE on the team, best hands on the team.
Damn, I think I said somewhere that 14 offensive points wouldn't beat this team lol. I'm feeling like an 07 Patriots fan. Too confident in the #1 scoring offense who laid a serious egg
Straight GAHBAGE, turning the ball over, dropping passes, not blocking, not stopping the run, not staying in gaps..... they looked like Week 4 Cleveland out there tonight.
This shouldnt be unpopular. He was a great pass catching Tight end. I am not sure where to start. I do not post often but i am beyond livid. I do not know who to attribute the most amount of blame to but im leaning coaches. This loss was easily down to hubris. Our O line also picked a terrible day to decide to not play...guess they got their rolex's. The coaches had their big faith hats on and decided that consistently going or it on 4th when you are already down in the playoffs is a good idea. Look at the general trend in the playoffs, stout D and good game management with a strong running game has been the recipe...JUST LIKE IT ALWAYS FUCKING HAS. Gimmicks rarely work that are trends (not trick plays). We threw away 3-10 points due to utterly arrogant calls. Our run D is not as good as the stats show, its a byproduct of us being ahead and forcing teams to pass and our pass d being great an taking risks ( much like Vacaro did because it was an obvious route given the situation but the tians got themselves in that position, we basically got ravens'd). Also TOP meant we had to face less rushes. Our Run D has been weak but its been masked. Why we took so long to use the seam route is beyond me, they are also one of the worst teams against TIGHT ENDS but we tried stupid as shit for the first half. It was open all day as they sat in Zone. Our receives and tight ends need to hang their head in shame and i hope lamar jackson CCs them in to every piece of click baity bullshit article or hot take he hears for the next year because this was not on him. He sucked against san diego but tonight he balled if not for a few plays ( Vacaro int was questionable, o line let him down hard on the strip but that happens). Losing Igram was huge. I am very very mad. I have seen this nonsensical approach so often by our coaches and nothing will change. We have the best kicker of all time just chilling, We have a legit punter who does nothing. USE THEM, its the playoffs, it is not worth it especially when you are already down. The moment we got turned over and henry broke of that run i fucking knew it was not our day. Fair play to the titans but i dont see them doing much against the chiefs or god forbid they make it to the bowl because the packers or niners will molest them. What else to say? empty season, bunch of promise and now we all listen to a bunch of hot takes and bullshit. I just hope lamar keeps his head up cos i fucking hope each and everyone of that offensive line or whole offense bows their head in shame in front of him. I knew our D was streaky, especially against the run but they got outplayed at the line too. THIS FUCKING SUCKS. 2k
Unlike Gideon, I'm not going to troll you guys. Memories of high expectations and low results are still fresh in my head. But, I will tell you this: The better team did not win yesterday - the better team yesterday won.
True and classy of you but this loss hurts more than most. They let us down hard. And while i dont particularly buy in to the rust thing, i do think we outthought ourselves with how we started the game, we barely ran, we barely used our TEs, and the titans committed to who they were. I really do put most of this on the coaches, i feel very bad or lamar because he did ball, if we hadnt screwed up and he had thrown another td or so, we would be seeing loads of plays from last night as a highlight reel and talking about his greatness. I really want to draft for the trenches this year. We need to stop the run while we have peters, smith and humph. And we need to pray to christ that Yanda sticks around for one more year because i do not see how we replace him. 2k
