All done except for tonight's MNF. I really hope the Eagles win this one and they should, because I would love to see the NFC East hinge on the Cowboys and Eagles tilt coming up later. I like drama... NFL style.
Im not positive, but according to a report by Jay Glazzier, Beckham was talking to other players on other teams before the groin injury was a factor. The whole thing is kind of murkie to me, but someone is lying, that's the only thing im positive about. Fresh after trading a couple picks and Peppers for him, this isn't what the Browns needed.
There’s rumors on this going all the way back to immediately after the trade. I think we’ve reached the point where there is enough smoke to believe Odell may be fanning the flames.
the crazy thing is Lennon signed an autograph for him hours earlier, so it's not like he denied him of one. Freaking nuts.
well said king. my brother in law is a older steelers fan, so i learned a lot from him. yes, the steelers have had some bad losses over the years in the Tomlin era. He hates Tomlin. Thankfully they have a SB under him too. My point was Axe saying the East is historically bad. Ok, the West was bad and sent a team with a losing record to the playoffs. The season isn't over yet, so it's bad now but could be okay for 2 teams in 3 weeks. Eagles and Dallas still can have a winning record for it's Champion. To me, that's not that historically bad. To me the West in 2010 was bad. And if the East had 8-8 teams win recently, i would agree with Axe. The fact the Eagles came from the East and won the SB just 2 years ago goes back to your point that Division's rise and fall. It happens.
true but 2 teams going for the NFC Title with a week left in the season? Both could be over .500 then. Not pretty but with their long hated history, wouldn't that make for a ratings juggernaut over Rams-SF or Bears-KC?
The Bills are looking in great shape to make the playoffs now despite their loss because the Texans lost. Titans and Texans still play twice each. Their defense is scary but their offense is a work in progress.
Go Texans in both those games But seriously that Steelers/Bills game is looking big at the moment for both teams.
The Bills need a high volume target receiver to move the chains with the ability to reel in passes that can drift out of the prime strike zone. Some of the drops I’ve seen from Buffalo this year are courtesy of passes that are just enough off the mark, and coming in a little too hot, to make in stride or in traffic. All in all, the growth in Allen’s game can be seen in just about every aspect and the Bills are set at signal caller for the next decade+, IMO.
Ya, a true #1, as we've probably said a million times in the last year, is the top need and would exponentially help that offense. Hell if they get one this offseason you may not see the Pats be the unanimous AFC East pick.
Maybe that's where OBJ wants to go since virtually the whole world believes he wants out of Cleveland.
Even if they don’t, I think you will start seeing people pick the Bills over the Patriots next season. The armor doesn’t look as polished in New England this season and the very real possibility of Brady’s demise has started to appear.
I think there is a possibility that there is some truth to the rumors that he wants out. I don’t expect him to go full AB, but at this point I don’t think I’d be surprised if his agent requests a trade at the close of the season.
