All depends how he takes care of himself and how long he wants to keep going. If he ends up being another Jagr where it's impossible to take him off the ice, he could do it.

VV- why stop at 5 yrs? stretch it to when he's 40 or 41 and 7 or 8 years and he can easily do it.

MAYBE Cat.........I must admit he has been luck so far with lack of injuries......BUT the older you get the harder it is to heal.
He is in great shape at 33......BUT I just don't think he can Break # 99 goals.......I will eat Crow if he does.

again he needs to stay healthy the rest of the way to catch #99. if he's close, i can imagine he would hang on like Pete Rose did to break the record.

if he can manage 50 a year, he'll have it by 39.

That's a really tough one, I saybhe has a shot if he plays until he's 43.

if he can get 50 this year and next year, he has it unless he's hurt. 43 would put him well over the mark unless he falters or slows down beforehand.

Who knows, by 43 he could be homeless is Moscow, do they have food stamps there? Lol

I know they have tramps :)

43 is so far from now. that's 9 years. it's not like he's pitching and his elbow is mush. unless significantly injured, i can't see him not getting it ? he's only 34 and still topping the league in goals besides McDavid.
