Ohio law has self defense laws that allow you, with evidence, which there is, showing that Mason Rudolph attempted to rip his helmet off and then rush Myles Garrett. In this instance, where deadly force was not used but only an object being used against Mason Rudolph after he physically attacked Mr. Garrett twice, could be deemed a deterrent object to detract Mr. Rudolph from physically attacking him again.

You now have the burden of proof to how Mr. Rudolph was not the immediate aggressor who originally attacked Mr. Garrett in the case.

Video evidence would indict Mr. Rudolph as the initial aggressor and then would indicate that Mr. Pouncey also attacked Mr. Garrett while in a vulnerable position. So now 2 Steelers would be in trouble with the law under those circumstances.

The burden of proof lies with the prosecution to prove it wasnt acted in self defense in Ohio not with the defendant proving it was.

Rudolph doesn't scare anyone and the Browns are better than their record indicates. The incident at the end, has the ability to blow their team completely up for the rest of the season though, so it will be highly interesting to see how they respond next week in the game, whether they rally together or implode fully.

As for the Steelers, they are in a world of trouble if Big Ben retires after the season. They will need to go get a better QB or it could be another lost season for a team that has a good enough team to compete for the playoffs.

I just want to set out a reminder that you cannot pick games after the games are played; you can only make picks up to 5 minutes before game start. Also, once you have made at least one pick, you will not get the free picks of the week. You only get the free Away game picks if you miss the entire week. You get 3 chances at the free picks and if you're still not showing up to pick you will be deleted from the Contest. Those picks have also been cut down to 5 Away games instead of the whole series.

Canada's Remembrance Day was this past Monday. Instead of focusing on our Veterans and the sacrifices they made for this country, the news has been full of Don Cherry's firing instead. I feel that it was a profound shame to distract our focus from what is truly important on that day.

I had a situation a few weeks ago where 3 people didn't make their picks and they got higher points than the members who played (and didn't pick all away games). I spoke to Tim and we decided that this was the best and fairest course of action
