I’ll bet that he plays well for Seattle

He probably will. But not for long.

  6. Underdog Franchise Player Patriots

Seattle’s a pretty good landing spot for him in that the team is winning and has a good and stable coach and QB situation. But he really looked like he’d lost a step this year even before he got hurt. Not sure how much he’s got left in the tank at this point, but I hope he does well and most importantly keeps his life in order.

    London @ 9:30am et...

No NFL team has played at Wembley Stadium more than the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are in London for the seventh consecutive season. The Houston Texans' appearance across the pond Sunday will be their first, leaving Green Bay as the only team left to not make the trek.

The Jags are 3-3 in London. More importantly, they're 4-4 in 2019, just one game back of the Texans, who beat them in Week 2, 13-12. Much has changed since then. Jalen Ramsey is gone. J.J. Watt is out. Gardner Minshew's mustache has been shaven. (Just kidding.) But the rookie quarterback's emergence has turned Jacksonville's season around.

Meanwhile, Deshaun Watson has established himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.

The AFC South showdown, which will air exclusively on NFL Network and kick off at 9:30 a.m. ET, is the league's last in London this season. It certainly isn't least. This is only the fifth matchup out of 28 in which both teams are at least .500. Both teams need the win in a playoff race where 10 teams are within 2.5 games of one other, and in a division where only one win separates all four teams.

The Texans have won 14 of the past 18 meetings between the two teams, including the last four. A fifth straight would cement the 2019 tiebreaker over their division foe and put more pressure on the first-place Colts.

Sources said that when the Dallas Cowboys first called about Adams earlier this week, the Jets asked about the availability of Pro Bowl guard Zack Martin. When the Cowboys quickly shot that down, the Jets inquired about Pro Bowl left tackle Tyron Smith, which was also a "no."

While the team has plenty of holes, Douglas' request for two of the Cowboys' top offensive linemen -- both locked up in lucrative long-term deals -- does show his priorities: rebuilding from the inside out. In the end, the deal didn't get done because the Jets needed a first-rounder and two second-rounders for their top-notch safety.

Dallas' best offer was a first-round pick and reserve cornerback Anthony Brown. Sources informed of the situation said the Baltimore Ravens and Cowboys were two of the three teams who engaged in a possible Adams deal, with a third unnamed team making the strongest offer.

New York received double-digit phone calls on Adams, though no deal came close to happening.

After a tumultuous week, Adams told reporters on Friday that his talk with Johnson had him "at peace." Perhaps when he plays today, the focus will shift back on the field.
