Vikings need Cook to have a good game to have a chance and no Hicks makes that possible.

Gabriel being out could help Miller and Wims a lot and help the Bears setup a possession football game.

 

A lot is about to be asked of RRH, Nick Williams, and Abdullah Anderson. They also have a rookie from Lindenwood on the 53 man but I don't know if active for this game or not.

Roquan and Trevathan are the guys who have to have great games against the run to force Kirk Cousins to beat you with his arm.

Kevan Stefanski has smartened up this year as the Vike's OC. In their 2 wins, they dominated the run game and let Kirk Cousins throw 21 times against Oakland and 10 times against Atlanta. Throwing over 30 times in a loss to GB. He understands Kirk Cousins can't throw to win them a game, meaning he's going to pound Cook and this rookie from Boise State.

Cook has been deadly off tackle. Vital that the 5 techs and OLBs set the edge today. I'll have no problem with Floyd not turning in a sack if he holds up his end in the run game.

With Roquan and Hicks out it would make no sense for the Vikings to put this game in Cousins hands, especially with their run game playing so well. At this point this is their game to lose. Let's hope they do.
