IMHO

While the Ravens are, in fact, 2-1 and sit atop the AFCN, their two wins are against the Dolphins (who are doing everything they can to be the 1st team to go both 16-0 and 0-16) and the Cardinals (whose rookie QB didn't even know where the shitter was in week 2).

Meanwhile, it's just a matter of time 'til the Browns start living up to the hype. I believe this game will be decided by the defenses and I think the Browns have the better one.

 

That makes a lot of sense. Thanks Lyman. I've heard that the Browns are being touted as almost a break-out team this season?

ugly week! 5-9 ! yikes.

 

Just saw this - you guys HAD to win. Plus I figured you'd be able to run, and take away Green Bay's ability to run. Now, admittedly, I thought that'd make the PAck one-dimensional and easier to stop Rodgers. If I had known he'd still pass for 400+ yards, I probably would have rolled with Green Bay.

 

I had a feeling there would be a lot of upsets this week. Every game was the same winners picked by everyone.

 

Our policy of getting 3 'free' weeks of Away picks during the season (when members forget to make their picks in their entirety) is going to be changed, effective this week. Going forward I am placing a cap of 5 away pick wins for anyone missing a week. I don't at this time have any idea how to do this on the spread sheet (I have pneumonia again and I'm really stupid this time around) but I will hopefully figure it out.

I think I just figured it out.

Well you were right by taking Philly. Winning at GB is hard for a lot of teams and Philly looked so bad the last 2 games, even I couldn't pick them! haha. Glad it worked out for you and them! As for me 5-9! PU.!
