They're getting off the ball on the blitz faster than the snap. And in fairness to them, it does feel like a small delay from when it should be snapped. But you've got to watch the ball. We can't keep rescuing them.

If you're Nagy, you call screens and short throws to try and create some kind of "run" game. Defense doesn't care - stack the box, kill the run. Pretty simple formula.
