I heard that Antonio Brown became the first NFL Player to have his jerseys of 3 teams on the clearance rack at the same time :D

Okay clearly I'm lost on what you're trying to say because signing Foles (to be the backup) won the Eagles a Super Bowl.

And if you're about to say he was no longer the backup when he was starting in the Super Bowl then you're being obtuse.

Foles won a SB as the starter. After an injury earlier in the season. That’s not obtuse...that’s a fact.

There was a comment earlier that, I’m paraphrasing, said if a team wanted to win they would sign Kaep to be their backup.

Backups don’t win games. Not at QB. They can only win once they become #1 on the depth chart.

Kaep would only, barring injury, be a backup right now in the NFL. He wouldn’t win you any games and bring a circus to your locker room. And that’s why he’s unemployed.

It all boils down to money. The nfl rating were at thier lowest when kaep was pulling his protest. Now it may of had nothing ot do with him and his protest at all it was afterall during a crazy me me me presidential election year but no owner is going to take a chance on bringing in a guy who may have been a factor in low ratings. Rating equal money and money rules the nfl world.

Signing Nick Foles worked out pretty well for the Eagles. Won some games too. Some BIG ones too. Without that signing... who knows. That was their front office doing their part to win... some football games...with their backup.

You still have no clue what I’m saying.

No team that signs Kaep today will impact their teams W/L record.

On March 13, 2017, Foles signed a two-year contract to return to the Philadelphia Eagles to back up 2016 first-round pick Carson Wentz.[79][80] During Week 14 against the Los Angeles Rams, Foles came in relief of Wentz, who left the game with a torn ACL. Foles completed 6 of 10 passes for 42 yards as the Eagles won 43–35, clinching their first division title since 2013.

It’s like conversing with someone in a vegetative state...only someone worse because.

Is it possible to have a negative IQ level from prolonged drug use?

    You’re negatively is showing!

NFL referees discuss offensive holding calls on Saturday conference call

The huge jump in offensive holding calls over the first 33 games of the 2019 regular season was a topic of conversation in a Saturday night conference call between referees and NFL senior vice president of officiating Al Riveron.

There were 10 offensive holding calls during Thursday night’s game between the Jaguars and Titans and 178 calls over the first two weeks of the regular season. That’s a 66 percent jump over last year and it comes after making backside holding an offseason point of emphasis.

In particular, officials were told to watch for “lobster blocks” that see linemen on the backside of running plays wrap their arms around defensive players.

Riveron confirmed the call to John Parry of ESPN and told referees that offensive linemen need to move their blocks inside the defender’s frame. He also “counseled them to allow for more time to get the block inside the frame before throwing a flag,” so we’ll see if that leads to a drop in the number of holding calls during Sunday’s games.

My pro picks aren't holding up very well.
    I played $10 on 5-game:
    NYJ/NE UNDER 43 (LOST)
Buffalo -6 (had it but blew it)
Arizona -2 at home v Carolina
Seattle -4.5 at homve v New Orleans
    Pittsburgh/SF OVER 43.5

    Oh well... next week.

They didn't discuss it enough with the BS call that wiped out a huge gain for the Ravens.
