Matty, I just got the tix for Fri. 18 Oct. for the BC Eagles vs. DU Pios. I am expecting a detailed scouting report for what to watch for. I'll have my new 50th anniv. sweater by then and since it is THAT sweet I have to wear it. But, I'll be sporting my BC t-shirt underneath. Also got Western MI in Nov., but I've given up my season tix to the Pios.
I am wearing one* of my new sweaters right now - it arrived yesterday. (* I screwed up and did not pay attention to size when I ordered this a month ago. By default, I got a size 46. That's not tiny, but it is smaller than what I prefer. So, I ordered a second one - size 54.) Fortunately, I do not have a budget when it comes to hockey matters. This sweater is sweeet!
I bet it sure does. Its a beauty. I would love to be able to afford a sweater from all '31' NHL teams... just cant swing that kind of investment.
since this is the NCAA thread and Dan mentioned his 50th anniversary sweater, i thought he meant for Cornell Hockey, not the Sabres. I then realized my math is way off and Cornell hockey is older than 50 yrs.
We recent challenged Will and his "new math". You're more alike than you realize. Cornell University founded 1865 - just for those who want to know.
i knew that, but when they did they start playing hockey ? for some reason you mentioned Cornell and Anniversary sweater so i thought you meant Big Red. Damn Sabres. haha.
Matty, BC is looking good. A pair of wins on the back of Spencer Knight and goals by Hutsko. Two Panthers prospects... I hope they keep coming through for you guys. 2-0.
From what I hear Knight was unbelievable yesterday. Hutsko is a good story, kid has been thru some tough times and serious injuries but consistently plays as hard as anyone.
