I can assure you there have been more than one guy banned from Browns' games. I believe there were upwards of 50 banned for "Bottle-Gate" alone.
damn. my apologies. i didnt know that. that's nuts. i guess if it's an issue, spend the money on the hardware.
It's not just the Browns, Catfish. I have to believe that EVERY team in the league is looking to clean up the "fan experience ". Drunkenness, rowdy/leud behavior and vulgarity around kids can't and shouldn't be tolerated. Not if the NFL is looking to cultivate the next generation of fans. No parent worth a damn would take their children into a stadium and subject their kids to half of the stupid shit I've witnessed in the past 15 - 20 years. As far as the available technology to cull out these cretins before they enter a stadium, it already exists. If you have flown on a commercial airline since 2003 or so, you have already experienced facial recognition as you went through a TSA checkpoint.
I've got two girls who habe asked to go to a game. I take them to an IFL game or a UWGB BB game instead. Much better atmosphere.
Damarious Randall won’t get to face his old nemesis Gregg Williams. Randall, the Browns’ starting free safety, has been ruled out for Monday night’s game against the Jets with a concussion. It’s unclear when Randall suffered the concussion, but he reported the symptoms to the team today and the team has ruled him out for Monday. Randall said this week that he “hates” Williams, the former Browns defensive coordinator and interim head coach who is now the Jets’ defensive coordinator. He won’t get to go against Williams’ Jets team on Monday night when they try to move the ball against the Browns’ defense with Trevor Siemian as their starting quarterback.
The Saints signed Sean Payton to a 5 year contract extension. WOW !! I always thought that he and Drew Brees would ride off into the sunset together in a year or two.
Perhapse Payton want a shot to prove he can win without Brees. There is also the fact that he can still walkmaway at any point just because he signed for 5 more years doesnt mean he will stay for all 5. Could decide to retire or more likely take a different position within the organization.
Drew Brees needs thumb surgery, likely out six weeks https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.c...ees-needs-thumb-surgery-likely-out-six-weeks/
Broken foot for Tim Jernigan https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/09/16/broken-foot-for-tim-jernigan/ Last night was just an unmitigated disaster for the Eagles.
and they still almost won the game with all the injuries. ugh. howie better be working those phones now !
Either that or start playing a full 60 minutes of football, instead of forfeiting a half. They've been outscored what - 30-13 in the first half?
