I completely agree! I was getting a little bit frazzled trying to figure out how to make these roses for the wedding cake but I was looking at a different recipe that just simply has you working with the chocolate melted

 

Chocolate plastic can be a little annoying because you really have to work with it to get it to look the way you want it. But once you get used to it it's really nothing and you can get super creative with it.

 

I just texted my niece to let her know and I gotta say you have saved my butt big time here.
