Looking forward to 2019, Browns NFL Rookie Draft

Okay . . . let's try this again.



All of the UDFA signings are now listed on the transactions page of the Browns' website. Over the Cap may be a little off on Cap Space as they currently show all draftees with an UDFA contract rather than the contract dollars negotiated in the latest CBA. They'll get that sorted out eventually.

John Dorsey is freakin great!

 

Not only crazy that the Steelers got a great player, but they didn't really give up much to get up there and take him. I thought it was a great move for y'all.

I also agree with the assessment... most improved team. With the Browns the *clear* top of the class in the AFC North, the Bengals treading water in the basement, and the Ravens giving up all their good defenders and not getting those positions filled, it makes sense the Steelers improved a bunch. A lot of holes on that roster.

Glad you did... that's pretty robust! I imagine keeping it up to date is a challenge.

 

I'm retired. My biggest challenge is finding things to do that aren't on my wife's honey-do list.

Case in point . . .

The Browns signed RB L.J. Scott on 5/13. They then released him on 5/16 and signed RB D'Ernest Johnson.

 

I read that he decided to end his football career. I would have thought they would have put him on the reserve/retired list to keep his rights. Either way, he is out and Johnson is in.

{Then beach remembers} Derek Anderson was the QB in 2008...not Baker Mayfield...Maybe the reality is that it is 2019 and not 2008...Check that reality check off the list.

 

So far they've signed Mack Wilson and Redwine to contracts. Any other draft picks signed that I missed?
