Francis stole it, or rather had someone steal it. I have no idea what the name of the bike shop is though. The real questions from this movie is 1. Why would Dottie want Pee-Wee? and 2. Why was Pee-Wee not all over that?

Jim Carrey used to be funny. Many of his IN LIVING COLOUR Skits were brilliant. Ace Ventura is funny. Then he got really famous and big headed and full of himself and started making an ass out of himself and bad movies. before he was famous, he portrayed a alcoholic brother of a kid who struggles to come out as gay to his family when he's suppose to marry get this - Lori Loughlin of the college scam fame and Full House in Doing TIme on Maple Drive. Carrey is very believable as the alcoholic. Again, this was when he was a struggling actor. Carrey is far better than Ferrell and Tiny freaking Tim !
Ferrell and Carrey are both funny guys that both made quite a few memorable movies. Tiny Tim on the other hand....
