RULES FOR DRAFT VALUE CHALLENGE IMPORTANT PLEASE PM ENTRIES TO @LAOJoe WITH THE CHALLENGE IN THE TITLE. YOU HAVE UNTIL ONE HOUR BEFORE THE DRAFT TO SUBMIT YOUR PICKS. We use the results of LAOJoe And RTTRUTH's 10th Annual Mock as the starting point. The entire mock is here: https://live4sportnetwork.com/forum/threads/laojoe-rttruths-10th-annual-official-mock-draft.21218/ We each choose players we think would be taken earlier, later or around the same spot in the real draft compared to our "official" mock. You get points depending on what happens. We each pick 2 players per round who we think will get drafted higher and 2 we think would get drafted lower. We also choose 1 guy per round we think is closest to their exact spot. We also predict 2 UDFAs who were picked that would actually get drafted and 2 guys entirely not selected. EXAMPLE of Picks at the bottom. The nature of the scoring could see the winner emerge with a negative score. The extreme values are almost impossible to get but they can make or break you. A full round means the same spot or greater in the next/previous round and NOT necessarily 32 picks. "completely ignored" - What are you looking for here? It's never really explained in the rules, and I can never remember. Is it a player that wasn't touched at all in the mock, and you think he'll get drafted? Or it a player that was picked in the mock, and you think he'll be ignored in real draft?
A player who was not mocked or signed as a UDFA in our mock. Basically a player whose name you won’t find in our draft anywhere but you believe will get drafted.

Essentially Joe and I decided that to keep it challenging anyone who had less than a 1% chance of being drafted wasn’t able to be picked as a faller. TD took some kid from Toledo because he was a friend of the family or something. He had zero shot at being drafted. None of us had even heard of him. Much like the two kids from Cornell this year. P.S. Take a shot at someone unknown potentially getting drafted, because we lose points for not getting one. So you might as well try (when in doubt, some DB probably best bet)
Well I thought he was actually bright enough that maybe he had a shot at a practice squad as a developmental.. He did get two tryouts, Carolina and Tampa, but no UDFA contract offer...It was a total heart pick, and they wisely ruled him out of this. FTR: That kid, Josh Hendershot, went back to Toledo as a grad asst coach and earned his masters in Criminology. A couple months ago his hard work paid off. After two seasons at UT, John Harbaugh recently hired him to be an assistant O-line coach at Michigan. Not a bad wage, and more free school...He wants the NFL some day, and I don't doubt he'll get there.
Well that's not my fault. No doubt he was off radars... But he was in the starting line-up at Toledo for three seasons. Almost all of it at OT.
