Eagles with 3 straight road and 3 straight home games. Kind of odd.

The 3 straight roads games is odd. The home ones not so much because of the bye in the middle.
Our first 4 road games are tough and then the 5th one in Buffalo is on the 3rd in a row.

i think they had 3 in a row on the road last year or 2 yrs ago ? it sucked.

if wentz is healthy, i see 11-5. if they can flip a loss to a win, 12-4. if he's hurt or the team sucks ass 8-8.

We are the only team with 3 road games in a row. Also it sucks we play the Pats and Hawks B2B weeks off their byes. We don't play a single team coming off a short week and our opponent after our bye is coming off their bye.

There is always one team they royally fuck to make everything else work on the schedule and this year it's the Eagles. Eagles are gonna be asking for a few years of nice schedules as compensation after this one.

u wanna laugh ? i read weeks ago that the eagles had an easy schedule. now seeing it...they're way off base here.

Based on opponents 2018 win %...the Eagles have the 26th hardest schedule.

Not sure that's ever a legit way to say how hard a schedule is....but it is what it is.

opponent wise BWW yes, the 26th least hardest. scheduling and schematics wise ... a real pain in the ass! haha.

3 teams in 2018 had 3 straight road games.

All 3 made the playoffs....one of them went to the SB. So maybe it's not all bad.

I admit I'm always confused about this. When someone says, "26th hardest", does that mean there are 25 teams with harder schedules or that there are only 6 teams with harder schedules?

    The former.

Bears final 4 games of 2019...

    Cowboys
    @ Packers
    Chiefs
    @Vikings

In addition to that in the first 12 games they also have the Saints and Chargers at home, and have to go @Eagles and @Rams.

The road back to the playoffs and trying to repeat winning the NFC North won't be easy.

This is what I was going to say. I started by looking at the Eagles' schedule last year, which alternated home and road games pretty much every week. People make a lot of the schedule, and for the sake of injuries, it can matter. But at the end of the day, the team you're playing and how well your team is playing make a whole lot more of a difference. The schedule is another minute thing to obsess about (I'm not faulting anyone who does, but I think we manufacture a lot of worry about and / or potential consequences of the schedule).

Yeah, brutal schedule. Was going to make a topic on Bears board when I could. Forget home / road, what have you (game in London never does anyone any favors). Just the teams that Chicago plays this year... darn near every week is going to be a slugfest. If you've got heart problems, kids, start preparing now.

The good news about the London game is that it's a home game for the Raiders. So Bears still play in Soldier Field 8 times.

i thought the bears had a nice backfield of howard and cohen. now howard is with the eagles. can cohen carry the team by himself at RB or do they draft a rookie to help carry the load or sign a FA to help out?
