    Seriously?
I didn't look that up, just remembered the habs going to a lot of game 7s in '93.

Wayne Gretzky has (3) 6 pt playoff games in his career. Mario has 2. Who was the first person to have 6 pts in a game ? this is a little tough.

  8. skinny123 Guest

    Was it Red Berenson?

  9. Catfish Guest

    no it was not.

answer is a little old school. pre-1970's but after 1950.

no shockingly the Rocket or Gordie Howe never had a 6 pt playoff game. keep thinking. will post tomorrow.

  13. skinny123 Guest

Ok, I doubt I'll guess it, better not be a leaf like Keon.

  14. Catfish Guest

    haha, no it's not him.

  15. Catfish Guest

it was ex Hab and Leaf -- Dickie Moore.

shockingly on the same question about a 6 pt playoff game list is 1 defense-men and it's not Bobby Orr. Who is it ?

  16. skinny123 Guest

I'd say the obvious answer would be Paul Coffey.

  17. Catfish Guest

i say you are correct. ding, ding.

  18. skinny123 Guest

The 80s Oilers were scoring 7-9 goals easily back then. Coffey was a mainstay on the PP.

their 1987 team was incredible. i think 6 players over 88 pts including Esa Tikkanen! How that shitty Flyers team without Tim Kerr and Brian Propp, who were injured and a rookie goalie, took them to game 7, I'll never know?

I was just in Paul Coffeys hometown of Malton today. They have a rink named after him.
