I think he has all the necessary tools to be a good one.

I am still hoping something works out with the Giants and Remmers as a short term better than Chad Wheeler option but they really need to have some guys developing. For too long they have failed miserably at finding O-linemen in the mid-rounds that can develop into an actual player. And that is one area where I will give Gettleman credit. He has a pretty good history with mid-round or UDFA lineman panning out. So either the o-line coaching was fantastic in Carolina or he actually has a good eye for those type of guys.
