LAOJoe & RTTRUTH's 10th Annual "Official" Mock Draft

I know I'm sposed to wait til this is all official, but Joe knows I need to go do something, and it is all been done correctly except - well it is not correct to jump the gun ...

The Buffalo Bills select WR, Miles Boykin, Notre Dame.

 

Except I already posted it.

 

Chicago Bears are on da clock!

 

I gotta run out for a while. Who knows, Boykin could have slipped a bit further. I probably could have gotten a cheaper price by waiting. But I wanted his size and speed on this Buffalo Bills team, and just did not want to take the chance of losing him.

Also with a shitload of FA's signing in real life, there are just not that many open roster spots for the 4 picks I gave to Houston.

One other thing I've found out is that if you have a chance in life to deal with Memphis King, you do it!

So I had an easy-ish, but mentally tiring (out of boredom) day at work. Got home about 60 minutes ago, but had to feed my daughter, get her settled, crack a beer, yada yada. Joe was sending me texts about a Bears trade. We're both handling 4 teams, and the Bears haven't had a pick until just now in this draft. I thought Joe was handling the Bears and trying to get me to trade up. Meanwhile feeding my daughter and whatnot. I finally realized the Bears only had 10 minutes left OTC and sent Joe a text saying "you're timing out man, hurry up!".

He responds "you're the Bears".

I'm like "F#CK!!"

Anyways, safe to say the Jelks pick got the least attention and forethought of any I've made so far in this draft.

It doesn't get any easier...I'm pretty sure gray hair and raising teens is a package deal. You'll see.

 

My kids is only 7 (currently in bed refusing to sleep) and I am well on my way to gray's already...
