He certainly has an MO. I had always heard he was a huge measurables guy so I dug in -- and it's even worse then I expected from a consistency perspective. WR's have a height, arm and hand size threshold. He generally seems to care more about those three things than anything else. It's not ALWAYS the case but the Giants don't have a single guy on the roster that meet his marks right now.

Pass rushers need long arms and big hands. That plus a variety of pass rush moves seems to matter more than athleticism. I think he is drooling over sweats 35+ inch arms. I also expect him to love Ferrell. I don't think he has ever drafted an EDGE with sub 34" arms.

 

Darn. I didn't think he'd make it to Carolina, but he almost did.

He’s really good against the run & he grades out as one of the best DE prospects in the draft. Not a sexy pick, but I think he’s definitely a solid player that can start for years down the road.

Riley Ridley, WR - Georgia

 

I was really considering Ridley with the Packers but I had to jump on Hooker.

 

The guy I see him get compared to all the time is Davante Adams...

Well, that's likely my only contribution today. Saints don't have many picks at all, and Browns spent their 3rd yesterday in the move up for Mack....
