Saw a similar poll on NFL.com, and was curious what people here thought. Pretty straightforward, which RB will have the biggest impact on his new team?

I think it's between Howard, Coleman and Bell. In Bell's case I think his biggest impact will come in pass protection. Bell is damn good in blitz pickup, or at least he was for the Steelers. Coleman because he's better, particularly in short yardage, than what was on the field last year. Pretty sure McKinnon is going to take the field after missing the entire year due to injury last season, and that could minimize Coleman's impact. Howard is pretty much replacing Ajayi's production.

Of those listed, LeVeon is at the top without any question, and Ingram is second....

If rumors are true, and the Browns are shopping Duke. He would be next IMO....

Howard doesn't really do much for me. He's an okay RB, that's fairly easily replaceable.....

Feel like that would be a mistake, since Hunt is unavailable for at least 8 weeks. Once Hunt is available then Duke could be expendable, depending on health and production of Chubb.

    Agreed 100%

I think the only reason Cleveland would even entertain the thought is because unfortunately, by RB standards, Duke is expensive....

I could see a deal at the trading deadline, depending on how the season is going. If it goes like many think it might, then I wouldn't see the point of a trade...If they are struggling then sure make the deal, get a 4th or 5th for him and wait for Hunt.

Does Duke command a 4th or 5th, while Jordan was only a 6th?

The reason I picked the Eagles is because the run game was atrocious last year once Ajayi got hurt. Making the playoffs on Foles' shoulders and winning another game despite that was a miracle. The Eagles can finally be dynamic on offense this year, even if Howard is only average.

That would depend on circumstance. Maybe I over-valued him a tad. More likely somewhere 5-7, depending on how desperate someone is. I happen to like him, and hope he gets released and the Steelers sign him to a team friendly deal...Eagles, Jets, and the Texans are all rumored to be interested in him now. Eagles don't really make sense to me, since they already got Howard. Isn't Sproles coming back for one more year? If they want his replacement, you would think they'd want someone younger...

Bell hands down. Sure the jets line and Bell are going to have some growing issues but once they get on the same page they will be fine. It is his ability to be on the field for any play in the playbook that will help him have the biggest impact (Coleman may be the other back who can do that).

He isn't getting released. Either he gets on board and plays his ass off or, more likely, he gets his wish and the trade him. I think his value is probably a 5th-6th.

Edit: however, depending on who you ask, he's already signed to a team friendly deal.. for a new team it would be $2300(2019), $4100(2020), $5150(2021)... None of it guaranteed...

I don't think there's any doubt Bell is the best back mentioned here but I think Howard and Ingram will help their teams more than Bell will.

I think the Jets are gonna be awful no matter what Bell does.

Howard, however, is definitely a better than average back and does a lot right. He's not a top tier back but he also isn't far behind those guys. And he's proven to be durable. The only question will be if Pederson can utilize him within the offense better than Nagy did. Howard had a down year but it wasn't all his fault.

Ingram is a solid back that can add something to the Ravens offense. And that team should compete for the division you'd think.
