Yes but it isn't 4 points while being 2 ROW back, which is essentially 3 Row back because they would have lost the tiebreaker. (Well tied the H2H but then lost on goal differential).

 

Hopefully they come back in the standings.

 

CBJ plays the Preds tonight, big game as they hold a game in hand on the habs. If they win combined with a habs loss, they'll be looking real good.

 

Preds playing well and at home, going to be a tough one for CLB. Bobrovski and Rinne have been very stingy as of late. I agree tho, big game, indeed.

Habs on the road too... Winnipeg. Habs gotta tough one also, but I could see them win there and catch CLB.

The CLB and MON race just might go down to the last game of the season. I like the drama.

 

Im going to start out with the Bruins game, but probably switch to the Canes game to see if they can continue to win, but the better matchups are tonight... "Hockey Night in Canada", for me.

 

The Jets are beatable, the Preds are tough at home, should be interesting.

 

3-2 Canes over the Flyers with 6 mins left in the game, big game for the Canes.

 

Canes go up 4-2, production from 3 Ds, Hamilton, Faulk and Slavin.

 

Jerks in a good place at 93 points now.

 

What's a Sabres fan to do?

Think about the draft lottery on the 9th. Arrrgh, I have no choice but to be interested. Buffalo is tracking for a 5-6% chance for #1, and roughly 25% odds of getting into the top three.

What I'm looking forward to is being in Stockholm on Friday 8 November to watch the Sabres vs. TB in the NHL Global Series. I know the Swedes love hockey and love to have a good time. Should be fun!

Dan are you in for the Bills in the official mock this year? Starts on the 9th.

Yeah, I can do that. I'm flying to Ireland & Portugal before the actual draft, but I can handle something starting the 9th. (I will have to take time out to see what happens in the draft lottery that day.)

I actually think the Bills could be one of the rising teams in the NFL in 2019, and they've got a lot of picks coming up. Should be fun.
