it's a holiday when many families are off from work and school. they are away from their families every sunday, so why thanksgiving too ?
? how is that possible ? if the eagles play the browns at 1 pm est, it's only an hour behind in ohio, so 12pm ?
Gid was talking about the 1pm EST games...I was talking about the London games that start at 9:30 AM EST. That would mean they start on west coast at 6:30 AM....
You really are losing your mind cat... Ohio is on EST...same as Philly.. so when you play the Browns at 1:00...we are also playing the Eagles at 1:00.
Packers-Bears rivalry kicks off 2019 NFL season http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap30...ackersbears-rivalry-kicks-off-2019-nfl-season
I could've sworn this was decided at least several weeks ago. I'm not sure why the site labels this "Breaking News". I was already under the impression that this was known.
All I can tell you is that I was watching NFL Ch and they were making a big deal about the impending news. Then about ten minutes later they "broke the story"....
Again, that wasn't my impression. I had the understanding that this was already determined. I don't remember from what source I got that information, but I read / heard that CHI-GB would be the Thursday night opener at least several weeks ago.
Well, sure. For the NFL Network, anything in the offseason is big news. They drag everything out. That would make sense. I thought this was established for some time, now.
Colts and Browns will have joint practices in preseason... The Colts and Browns are seeing each other in the preseason anyway, so they’re going to make a week of it. According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns and Colts are going to have three days of joint practices in Indianapolis. The work will come before the second preseason game, as more teams try to get extra reps during training camp. The practices will feature two of the buzziest teams in the league heading into the season, as both made unexpected strides last year and will have more expectations in 2019. (PFT)
For some reason I think gronks retirement will be short lived. Look for him to rejoin the pats around week 3 of the season.
