We've been talking about moving Duke to the slot for over a year now. I would prefer hanging on to him as a slot receiver than trade him.
Well, this has already been blown to hell..Roby signing one year deal with the Texans. How about a change in compensation above.. What if: #17, #49 and Ogbah instead of a 2020 2nd? That's the new rumor floating around.
BOLD PREDICTION: Browns run roughshod over the NFL!!! From 0-16 to 16-0 in two seasons! (okay that might be crazy.) I think seriously 12-4 is a good call....The only year I owned Browns season tics was in 86, and they went 12-4, registering their best regular season record in the modern era... I know Freddie has laid out one goal, and it's a Super Bowl title....Not out of the question by any means.
Improved by 7 wins in 2018, another 7 wins in 2019...14-2 LOL, I can't help but picture all the Bears fans heads exploding that we are "talking" about records and other bullshit...makes me literally laugh out loud.
LMAO! That's the exact thought I had in mind as I typed it! Two Bears fans in particular. They know who they are.....
@SAS I was reading an article about the OBJ trade on another site and found this (below) in the comments section. And the first thing that popped into my head was ......SAS on the bold prediction thread.
Not surprising IMO. Not bad for Taylor, but no starter money or opportunity for Tyrod. I would have put that as a prediction on this thread, but it really didn't seem bold enough to qualify after last year.
Just ran a mock compared to a full sim on a site. .. Me: 49. DL Jeffery Simmons 80. CB Rock Ya-Sin 119. TE Zach Gentry 144. Edge Sutton Smith 155. QB Gardner Minishew 170. S Delvin Randle 189. WR Jalen Hurd 221. OT Max Scharping Full Sim using predictive engine 49. LB Blake Cashman 80. DL Dremont Jones 119. S Ugochukwu Amadi 144. OT Edoga Chuma 155. CB Hamp Cheevers 170. WR Stanley Morgan Jr 189. OG/C Garrett Brumfield 221. Edge Shareef Miller
Well, I'll say this...if EITHER Rock Ya-Sin or Dre'Mont Jones are available at #49...I'm all over either one. I'm fairly certain neither will be there at #81.
