The article left out that the Patriots have what is theoretically the softest schedule this season only because they play in what was the NFL's weakest division last year. The AFC East had just 28 combined wins in 2018. The result is that in 2019, the Patriots have six games against division "rivals" who had losing records and only 17 combined wins last season.

You can't blame the Patriots for the ineptitude of their rivals, though it does open the door wide open for them to make the postseason year after year. Quite frankly, the rest of that division is pathetic. The Jets have averaged 6 wins per season over the last 7 years. The Dolphins have had just one winning season in the last 10 years. The last time the Bills had a 10-win season, Bill Clinton was president.

Thank god. No Franchise tag, not Transition tag. Just let the man walk, there's still plenty of headaches to be had with AB...They'll take a comp pick next year. Would have been nice to get an extra pick this year, but honestly not worth the trouble it would've caused...By the sounds of it, they've passed some of those headaches to Dallas. D. Lawrence says he might take the Bell route if he gets franchised.

Tank will almost certainly get franchised, but I'd be surprised if Dallas wasn't able to ink him long-term this off-season. They're actually in excellent shape cap-wise.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft charged with solicitation of prostitution

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has been charged with solicitation of prostitution, Jupiter (Florida) police said.

Police say Kraft is facing two counts of soliciting another to commit prostitution.

Kraft, 77, was one of 25 people to be charged by as part of a months-long investigation, the police said.

Since Kraft bought the Patriots in 1994, the team has won six Super Bowls, becoming the most dominant team in the NFL.

Earlier this month the Patriots beat the Los Angeles Rams 13-3 in Super Bowl LIII.

Good for him to care enough to get it up at 77... Is his wife alive? If not, why pay for it?

He's been dating a woman half his age since the year after Myra died. Though she had a kid in 2017 they both say is not his, so awkwardness abounds in that relationship, apparently.

Kraft was picked up as part of a sting that has been going on for months, and his charges relate specifically to "two different visits" to the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in the Florida city of Jupiter, Police Chief Daniel Kerr said at a news conference.

I guess he was a frequent visitor. I wonder if they have like a card that gets a hole punched in it for each visit and then on the 10th punch you get a free handy.

That evidence includes video of Kraft in a room at the spa receiving "paid acts," and of him being driven to the spa, Kerr said.

There is a Robert Kraft sextape I guess. No one needs to see that.

i guess that was where belichick got the idea of divorcing his wife and dating a woman half his age many years ago. i think the woman was younger than i am now. haha.

BB went younger, but not that much younger. He's 66, she's 55.

"Spagate" looks like some sort of Italian pasta dish. "I'd like a big bowl of spagate, please."

I wonder if he will sell the team after Bill and Brady retire, then write his memoirs "The Happy Ending"

I read somewhere that there is a bigger name than Kraft on that list. Stay tuned. This should be good.
