this was weird as he was out there to clear the ice for his wife and kids to play. it was next to a dock. he couldn't get out of the water at first and no one was near him to hear him yell for help. he got his foot on a block of ice to push off and got out of the water. he's very lucky his body didn't lock up and freeze to death.
