I don't think the Colts nor the Titans want to go to the playoffs, what a sloppy game so far, pick 6's, muffed punts on the goal-line, fumbling at the goal line. Perhaps its poetic justice if this game were to actually TIE and allow the Steelers to get into the playoffs. How crazy would that be?

 

Assuming the Colts win, 4 of the 5 teams returning to the playoffs from last year will have a 1st round bye. The 5th team is the defending champs who squeezed in with the worst record of all playoff teams. So despite the turnover, the carryover is strong.

 

The refs have noticed that they haven't reached their penalty quota for the season so all the flags are coming out this drive.

 

Darius Leonard DROY. Snubbed from pro bowl voting because he isn't primarily a rush linebacker. LB voting is the most erroneous part of the ballot.

 

Joe, come on man, you know you have to make splash plays to get the votes.

 

Colts complete turnaround with playoff berth...

It wasn’t that long ago that Andrew Luck‘s arm appeared to be shot.

It was even less long ago that the Colts were 1-5.

Now they’re a playoff team.

The Colts held off the Titans 33-17 in the final game of the regular season, securing the final spot in the AFC playoffs and a date with the Texans next Saturday. (PFT)

 

Hence the snub. You are only backing up my point. Or have you run into a do not compute bug from the Steelers missing the playoffs?

 

I just noticed I have all the road teams winning next week.

 

The road to Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta (Sunday. Feb. 3) is officially set and features a prime-time Wild Card Weekend showdown in Texas.

The NFL announced the complete playoff schedule on Sunday night with dates and times for the wild card and divisional contests.

I like the Texans at home, that's the only difference I have.

 

Eagles winning at Soldier Field would be a huge feat and upset , in my opinion.

 

All these games are tough ones. The home teams are all favoured by that 2.5 points for home-field advantage except for the Bears who have another FG going their way.
