No you would be right to bag on play-calling. Too many first down throws probably that went incomplete and left them in a bad situation. They figured it out likely too little too late.
I watched the Raptors vs Warriors game yesterday and I got reminded that at least the NFL tries to fix their issues. Fail but try.
Chargers clinch playoff berth with victory over Chiefs... The Chargers are back in the postseason for the first time since 2013. Los Angeles clinched a playoff berth after upsetting the Kansas City Chiefs, 29-28, at Arrowhead on Thursday night. The Chargers scored a touchdown in the final seconds and successfully converted on a two-point attempt to take their first lead of the night and win the game. The Chargers also pulled into a tie with the Chiefs atop the AFC West at 11-3. (NFL.com)
seattle shouldve been back to back but carroll lost his damn mind and didn't use lynch on the goalline.

True that ya just don't see repeats anymore. As great as they have been, even the mighty Pats haven't pulled off the back to back championships...It's a rare thing, but we'll see it again someday I believe. Thinking of the teams that have won it all B2B in SB era, and what they had in common... late 90's Broncos - Bowlen, Shanahan, Elway Early 90's Cowboys- Jones, Johnson, Aikman Late 80's 49ers- DeBartolo, Walsh/Seifert, Montana 70's Steelers (twice) - Rooney, Noll, Bradshaw mid 60's Packers - Lombardi, Starr So pretty simple ingredients. lol! Gotta have that power trio. Great owner. Great to legendary coach. Hall of Fame QB.....Once you get that, your in business. Most important thing is the QB. Gotta have that guy in the huddle that truly hates losing more than he enjoys winning, and shows it in the way that he plays. The unquestioned leader that keeps everyone accountable. ....Now I understand there have been teams with a great trio, that just couldn't pull off B2B titles, including the Pats. It just shows ya how incredibly difficult it is to accomplish....
Oops...My bad. Well, like I said, they have the power trio. Not sure why I thought they hadn't done B2B.
I always forget that SB where they beat your Eagles, because it's one of the only ones I didn't get to watch in it's entirety due to a power failure in our area....Still though, I hate when I make mistakes like that. Whenever I'm talking about SB's, I'm always going off memory. My mind is slippin in my old age I guess. Gonna have to start looking shit up...lol!
It's okay. It's one of the ones with an asterisk since many think the Pats knew the Eagles' plays from spying. Who knows but it made last year all the more sweater.
Well balanced teams have done the repeats. All the stuff you guy's mentioned and some slick hitters on defense too. I remember the ol' adage; 'great defenses win Championships'... I think this season, that may be the case again. If someone puts together a combination of machine-like offense with a stout defense... look out.
Something weird going on with this injury. Originally suffered against the Eagles on a leg whip, plays the next week and now misses back to back games and is getting multiple opinions. When asked about it this week all he said was I don't know what's wrong but shit ain't right. Speculation it's actually a knee issue is now popping up.
