Nope...In the movie, that's how many times she did refill his cup, which is what provoked the conversation. He wasn't going to tip her at all, but since the boss picked up the breakfast tab, he made an exception to his rule, and left her a dollar...
i only saw the movie once and i forget this entire scene. the only thing about the movie i recall is when they cut off the guy's ear.
Oh wow. This is one of my favorites....Extremely violent though. 6 is the answer....Mr. Pink (Steve Buscemi) claims he "doesn't believe in tipping" unless the server goes above and beyond.
QT may not be everyone's cup of tea, but at least he's one of the few people in Hollywood capable of producing original material.
No doubt. QT movies hit like a ton of bricks, and he isn't just re-telling old stories. I enjoy all his movies.
to me in many of QT's movie, he goes over the top to explain a scene. in many cases very unnecessary. i think he does that to be different and set himself apart from other directors.
