That guy could make a banjo sing an dance. It's a shame to see him go.

    But,,,,

We all gotta go at some piont.

We're just all trying to put it off for as long as possible.

Best of luck to all of us on that.

Goldy was a seriously PROLIFIC writer. Check out his list:
In his long career, which began in the 1960s and lasted into the 21st century, Mr. Goldman also wrote the screenplays for popular films like “Misery,” “A Bridge Too Far,” “The Stepford Wives” and “Chaplin.” He was a prolific novelist as well, and several of his screenplays were adapted from his own novels, notably “The Princess Bride” and “Marathon Man.”

He also won 2 Oscars (Cassidy/Sundance & All the President's Men). He was also a VERY VOCAL critic of the film industry.

Former President George H.W. Bush, who spent a lifetime in public service and as the nation's leader scored a decisive victory over Saddam Hussein but battled a faltering economy, died Friday at age 94.

    And that's # 4 on my list.

Yea. I'm a sick bastard. But, I'm good at it !!!

Didn't know there was a thread for this. Read back a few pages and you guys missed Ken Berry of F Troop/Mayberry RFD/Momma's Family fame. He passed away December 1st at the age of 85.
