That's the problem. That's exactly why I overreacted to Rediiis - the people who contribute the absolute least to this site are the most prevalent. I didn't want it here. Just take it somewhere else.

I love the fact that we have two losers so wrapped up in their hatred of Bears fans that they are obsessed with a Bears fan only fantasy football league on a weekly basis. Very amusing to me.

 

I don’t hate Bears fans. You guys actually have something more interesting than just FF because of the AVs you assign to the winner and loser. EV has been the belieber for like ten out of eleven weeks. He must be on the verge of setting an all time record.

 

Are there any Steelers fans on this site who are capable of forming a coherent sentence? If so could you just take a moment to say hi and post something that actually makes sense.

Can I ask you an honest question, Firehalo? What do you think you contribute to the site? I mean, what value do you think you bring to the forums as a whole?

It's a genuine question. My reaction to Rediiis came from a place of frustration that much of the site has been overrun by people who contribute nothing - I'm wondering others' thoughts on that larger discussion.

 

You won’t get an honest answer likely bud. He’s trolling. It’s like those talking heads that make controversial football statements to get ratings.

The difference there is they’re at least talking football, which is what our old trolls used to do. Jprin and his love of Finley and my favorite “Will Blackmon”.

There’s a place for that trolling and it’s here on a several day old gamethread. You and I can argue the worth but it is what it is.

 

With all due respect, I think the interaction with rediiis triggered some good thoughts and discussions. I am always deeply gratified how you guys own what you say here; that you all take responsibility for any consequences that you may have had a part in creating.

But at this point in time I am going to ask everyone to simply bow out of this thread and the discussion. This is not creating any kind of worthwhile discussion and giving Fire a stage to come in and strut his boring shtick is entirely too predictable. He needs your reactions in order to boost his self esteem. He just is NOT worth your time. You all know that. I know that you guys love to bash fools around but I would really like to see an end to this. Fire is in the process of buying a one-way ticket out of this site. Let's just let him dig his own hole here. He sure as hell doesn't need our help.

Yeah, I was hoping to give him a chance to be anything other than a waste of space. I was just trying to be optimistic - after my pessimism and frustration chased someone away, I figured it was worth a try. But ultimately, you're absolutely right.
