well i was the newbie and won my first year. that was inheriting a shitty team and only keeping drew brees as a keeper and get this i got the last pick in the first rd as the newbie, so 12th overall after all keepers. so now im the champ, no newbies added and the draft order is the reverse of the standings, so as champ i got 12th again. and due to some bullshit loophole an owner figured out to not keep anyone, they can take anyone from the league as their keeper as long as they weren't kept BEFORE the draft. so who did they take - Saquin Barkley. that is bullshit. he shouldn't be eligible to keep as he wasn't taken in the draft.

 

OH, lol, that makes a little bit of difference...but still, I can't find a reason why that trade would be vetoed. They are obviously fucking with you.

 

Who in the hell is running this league? The Little Rascals??!!

 

i emailed the commish and asked why was that trade vetoed when i am taking all the risk of losing mixon for bell when bell may not play? he said he
"knows" what i am up too and he and the other owners would NEVER allow me to have hunt and bell. well that's IF bell plays this year. next year, i can only keep one of them. so basically the owners vetoed it out of spite to not get better and not have bell and hunt as rbs for the remainder of this year. so much for trying to better my team. me and the other owner posted we will veto every trade from now on due to this veto of out trade. all teams have a right to get better. to be denied that due to beliefs of them not wanting to see me win again is bullshit. if bell sits and i lose mixon, i am done. my subs suck.

 

they said bc the league is 15 yrs old the newbies get the shaft. well i was the champ and got the shaft too.

well thank God it was vetoed or else i would be out a RB as Bell is toast. still think the league was wrong although it helped me now. i emailed the commish yesterday and he was like the other team is coming on strong and we didn't want him to get mixon. i said he is 5-5 for a reason and without patrick maholme, he isn't anything. i was 7-0 and now 7-3 but outscored every other team besides my opponent during my 3 losses and he said he isn't worry about me at all. hmm, 7-0, defending champ, outscoring everyone but their opponent and wanted to gamble on bell and the league said no? what a bunch of assholes.

I'd lean towards Richard if that's your only choices...have you checked the waiver wire?

Allen might get less looks with Montgomery ready to step it up, in fact I would start Williams over him....Hyde, nothing with Fournette back.

Im in 4 pay/play Leagues with L4SN... Got one team at 3-7 and 3 with records of 5-5. The leagues are so competitive that 5-5 has left me in the hunt across the board. These leagues on this site are fun!

my 7-0 team lost 4 in a row. damn it.

my 9-2 college football team that was hard to beat got destroyed after my opponent had a record setting week and got 20 pts above predicted from his RB and 31 pts above predicted from his defense. i had the second most pts out of the final 4 teams and still lost. damn.

 

I was really rooting for Brandin Cooks' cramps last night...if he had been held to 14 points or less I'd be in 1st in my work league right now. He ended up with 18.7. And I have to play the 1st place team this week without Gurley, Tyreek, and Goff.

 

I don't feel to bad for you, I finished in 4th place in fandual last night, would have finished in 2nd if Goff didn't choose that game for his annual rushing TD. Lost by 4 points to #2 and 2 points to #3, both had Goff....

 

My brother is 0-11 in the 14-team Yeary League and would probably be in the playoffs if it wasn't for Bell being out all year. So many close losses and a few double digit ones Bell would have been able to takeover.

 

That might have also been true if he had taken someone other than Bell....

 

another loss when my team outscored the entire league but my opponent. unreal. 7-0 to 7-5 now. 5 losses in a row.

and in the college fantasy league, i was #1 all year. 300 pts ahead of everyone else. first round of the playoffs and this guy who waS 6-5 adds the Iowa defense and TE. They beat some school 63-0 or some nonsense and the defense has 36 pts and his TE 18. they were projected to have 13 points total. he had a record week and i put up 155 and still lost by 60. that's how well he did. so he goes to the finals and wins and in the consolation game, i put up 171 to take 3rd. unreal. i outscored everyone this weekend once again. so one bad game cost me the title. damn.

 

Long shot scenario:

If...

DeAndre Hopkins outscores Demaryius Thomas and Kaimi Fairbairn by at least 3
Kevin Byard outscores JJ Watt by at least 8
and
Keke Coutee doesn't outscore Fairbairn by 19

I will be in first place in all 3 of my leagues when I wake up tomorrow

 

i've had Keke on 2 teams and he's done zilch for me. i don't trust his ass.
