Hey, there was some pretty good stone oven pizza too.

 

I found another pizza gem in NYC (Queens).
It’s on Cross Bay Blvd, Howard Beach area. I’ve been driving past this place for over a year and just late last week had a chance to pop in for a slice.

New Park Pizza: they make an authentic pie and the taste/texture/look was very much like the pies I’ve eaten in Italy.

Highly recommend.

 

Howard Beach, not sure about now, that was an italian stronghold back in the 80s.

 

It still is. Of course there’s more of a mix in the hood these days. But New Park has really good pizza and the place is always busy.

 

Sounds good, new york pizza loads the meat toppings.

 

There's only one HHOF doughnut.

 

Wings up a trice on the yotes, scoring early and often.

He is our secret weapon. Keeps up drafting in the top ten. Nilsson is still a few weeks away. BC alum is still just getting back from a concussion, Demko is not ready yet. DiPietro is still 3-4 years away. Demko would be the man, sad about the concussion early. This could have been his year.
