Markstrom needs to step it up a bit, a save percentage below .900 is never good, that was one big rebound he gave up on the third goal.

Oilers assign Jesse Puljujarvi, Kailer Yamamoto to AHL

The move was a long time coming, at least for Puljujarvi, who hasn’t been able to get regular playing time with the big club.

The 2016 fourth-overall pick has appeared in just 11 games this season, scoring once while averaging just 12 minutes of playing time per game.

Yamamoto has appeared in 12 games, averaging 14:29 of ice time.

The 20-year-old has one goal and one assist this season.

He was drafted 22nd overall in 2017.

Sad they can't get these top picks going.

Looks like Smith might be looking over his shoulder at Rittich as he shuts out the kings 1-0.

Gotta hand it to those sens as they roll into tampa and win 6-4, this after the uber controversy. They aren't a pushover game, period.

Habs beat vegas 5-4 with the aunty in the nets. They win but still have issues stopping pucks, tatar 7 goals so far.

    Sacrifice
Against difficult odds, the Canadians advanced against the best troops the enemy had. Victory in the Normandy campaign, however, would come at a terrible cost. Three hundred and forty Canadians were killed on Juno Beach on D-Day alone and the Canadians would suffer the most casualties of any division in the British Army Group during the Battle of Normandy. More than 5,000 made the ultimate sacrifice, losing their lives, and lie buried in a place far from their homes and loved ones. Others returned home with injuries to body and mind that they carry to this day.

They should be better than that record indicates and I agree, they need to turn things around.

They can't seem to develop any players outside of Mcd, draisaitl and RNH. Demoting jessie and kailer was a big blow.

Talbot could use some help in front for sure... his save% is way low.

Yeah, they can't get this D happening, nurse is terrible. Klefbom isn't bad, Larrsson cost them Hall.(disaster) and sekera is out.
I thought maybe koskinen could pull off some magic, but I doubt it.

Chia pet is on the chopping block, so is Mclellan. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the next mass firing.

The biggest failure is Lucic, he shouldn't be in front of upside youngsters like Yak and Pulju. This is a GM problem.

McD was thrilled to have lucic on the team and they've stuck with him since. They paid a heavy price for that last year, just stupid.
