YAHOO. I think the COmmish didn't realize it in August and let it go. My 2 other yahoo leagues are 2 days.


K.......Commis did it........too bad........I play in Yahoo with Blitz and not a Fan of site.

 

he has him as his flex. he has 2 top wrs ahead of JJ and 1 decent RB and 1 fair one. lockett could replace JJ as his flex and his as Cook after week 11 to take over from his second RB.

 

i made a trade pending approval. trade is i sent cook and lockett to a team for Derrick Henry and Calvin Ridley. Ridley is better than Lockett and I just wanted Cook off my team. This stupid league has till Nov 3rd to veto it down, which they probably will because they are all assholes.

 

Why would anyone want Cooked?

 

Lottery ticket...hoping he comes back after the bye as something resembling what everyone thought he would be back when he was high 2nd round pick.

 

i could hold onto him but i need every healthy guy i can get with only a 4 man bench and bye weeks still coming.

Ironically I can win both of my matchups in the leagues I own Gronk providing Byard and Lawrence can maintain a 16 point lead against Zeke tonight. I was in the middle of a game with my little guy when I heard he wasn't playing some time after 7 last night. I thought about just leaving my rosters alone and eating the donut but scrambled to add Lance "0 targets" Kendricks in both leagues instead. My time was better spent getting my ass kicked by an 8 year old in Memory lol.

 

now Cook is supposedly healthy before week 11. great. if i would've known that i wouldn't have made the trade. oh well. i won my game without using henry. i lost again after going 7-0. i may lose 2 players due to them losing their starting roles. not good. i could easily lose 2-3 more before i play the worst 2 teams to end the season. damn.

 

They actually announced Gronk was out at 7:10 pm. There were zero TE's available in my league that hadn't already played. Had Gronk been listed as "doubtful" instead of "questionable" all week, I probably would have had a chance.

I can still win my matchup this week as long as the Titans hold Zeke Elliott to less than 23 points.

Fortunately, for me, my league has now removed Gronk from the "No Cut" list. His ass is history tomorrow.

 

Somebody will still trade you something for him, don't just give him away...

Not in my league. There's a reason he was still available in the 4th round when auto draft stuck me with his ass. None of them want's to put up with availabilty bullshit. Plus, he really doesn't generate decent points anymore.

 

traded joe mixon for le'veon bell and it was vetoed. i am taking all the risk here and im in first place. we can keep 1 player for 2019 and it would be bell or kareem hunt. shocked they would veto it when bell may not play this year and my subs suck, so losing mixon would only hurt my first place team, not help it.

it's my only money league at $400 and im the defending champ. it's a 15 yr old league and all the other owners live in texas. i took over a team from an longtime owner. just last year the commish said they would never let me potentially have a backfield of hunt and bell. the season is almost over. what kind of shape is bell in ? with what was posted from lyman, irishdawg, jean and u u dog about franchise tags etc, i don't think bell is going anywhere. they should have allowed me to make the trade as mixon is my #2 back. if bell didn't play, i would only have a scrub to put in his place, which cripples my team ! dumb on their part to veto it on 8 games and if he plays?

now the other league i am in is free with veto rights. i won it in 15 & 16. they added 4 teams to the league to make it a 14 team league and i missed the playoffs. i was 1-4 and now 5-4 and coming on strong. that's the league with only a 4 man bench i mentioned in a few posts above. too many teams for me and a 4 man bench blows. i will probably drop out after this year win or lose.

 

$400 league and they have THAT much control over YOUR team???? This should be the last year you participate dude!!! Better ways to waste $400. They are going to do anything in their power to not allow the newbie to win...and it sounds like you will always be the newbie.

 

That's total horse shit. I'd be withdrawing from that league this off season if I was you.

 

IDK maybe it's because a lot of $ is involved. I know I'm in a big money league and they have a official poll over every trade on the facebook chat. No trade goes threw until enough owners have approved it. However ever trade has been approved so I guess it's fine.

 

im sorry the total pot is $400 for the champ. no runner-up money. i think it's $30 an owner .
