Happy Birthday to my Dad. He would've been 96 today. And Happy Birthday to my niece Abigail, she turns 20.

i have a front porch. they're like little houses, but i have a front porch that i share with my neighbor who lives above me. it's not a high rise 3 story complex like i used to live in.

 

If I was a kid I'd stay the fk away too, a guy smoking stogies on the front porch, flyers fan too lol.

i had a sign that read "No 70 for Auston!"

 

i've seen that costume. way too scary for anyone, including me.

 

Two kids under 10 were shot last night in north Philly while out trick or treating. They got caught in a crossfire.

 

North Philly is the badlands man. i wouldn't go there in daylight in an armored covered tank.

Guys........Bobby Orrs new book is a good read.....he brings up a comment that I agree with.

I was skimming through it yesterday, good read. They had pictures of his dad in the army during WW2. His dad was the captain of his Parry Sound team, quick skater, and had nhl scouts buzzing around.
He chose to join the army and fight in the war instead. Times were like that back then

 

My Dad was a Medic in the Battle of the Bulge in WWII. My Uncle, who lived to be 92, was a paratrooper over Japan.

 

The Least we can do is............LEST WE FORGET.

My Father was a Bomber Pilot for the RCAF in WW2.......
