It was at least holding on Kyle Long. You can’t just grab someone and throw them to the ground. Then he stands over the guy taunting him right in front of the official. Long is a meathead.
He literally just took points off the board for no reason. That was intentional on his part, he was trying to get away with dicking around there.
They should have given us the White first down since neither penalty had any impact on how the play unfolded. That's a stupid NFL rule.
