5-1 habs, all canadian teams are above 500 and surprising.

I'd like to say Paul Allen was a good man and may he RIP. That said, he did not like hockey and that is the only reason it isn't in Portland.

now that i work in the suburbs, i miss the city food carts/trucks. back in my drinking days nothing got my morning started like a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. hmm.

 

My favourite now is A&Ws egg, cheese and bacon on an english muffin.

didn't know A&W served breakfast. i ate at one 20 yrs ago. not popular around philly. i do love their soda.

 

defense took the night off as the Flyers beat the Panthers in a shootout. game was 5-5 bf the shootout. elliott pulled in the 3rd. carter hart better learn the ropes fast in the ahl. i don't think the flyers can wait till next October 2019 to start his NHL career. I would play Packard more if i could. Elliott seems a mess and very swiss cheese of late. more swiss than he usually is.

hakstol still juggling lines. got bums jordan weal and dale weiss playing after they sat the opening game. both are really AHL players. i think they have 4 lines of NHL talent, but Hakstol likes to give everyone a chance. this frustrates Flyers fans. Rough next 4 games, followed by a 4 game road trip and back to back with the Coyotes. Gotta tighten the screws.

 

Guess im going to watch the Blues and Canadiens...

Montreal is a surprise so far.
