That was actually a good play call and the throw is where it should be if there’s no player over the top of the play.

But Mitch has to see the defender over the top and realize you can’t do that.

 

Calls like that completely shift momentum, crowd, etc...

After a sure TD, you relax as a team. From players to coaches.

They should have called a timeout and calmed everyone the fuck down and refocused.

And someone whould have gone and taken out the ref who fucked that call up.
