^^^ really ? I thought Bond was ordering stiff drinks ? i know Bond fans were pissed in one of the latest movies Daniel Craig (Bond) orders a Heineken over a Martini. Fans were pissed.
damn that James Bond, he wasn't all that. haha. Encore has been replaying a lot of the old Bond movies. God, they're awful. So cheesy and lame. bad acting and effects too. the best one is Goldfinger and even that has it's moments of cheese.
when i did drink and money was tight, a 30 pack of PBR would be my weekend beer. it would destroy my stomach, but desperate times call for PBR !
I can’t recall the last time I had a Heineken. I had a bucket of PBR at a bar in Brooklyn back when I was hanging out with an actress (Tina Krause) friend of mine (2005-7). Look her up if you get a chance. She’s fun to look at.
Tina is/was a party pal. She was in the arts scene and we met up via work/industry stuff. We did some art shows together and helped get some avant garde art parties off the ground. She’s done film and some music video work too. She’s an in yer face Jersey girl with razor sharp wit and she’s a knockout. Good times. Haven’t heard from her in a couple of years, she’s probably nurturing a relationship or something.
Look up Elena Hurst. She was my next door neighbor when I lived in the Lower East Side. She’s an actress too. She put me in touch with her weed dealer. Still doing business w/that dude to this day, but mostly blow these days (Yo Hector!). Elena is mostly a voice actress for Lifetime and Univision. She did a couple of episodes of Law&Order too. She’s fun and fun to look at. My ex-wife HATED her.
yeas ago i saw a list of the #1 beer in Manhattan. it was PBR. Those people pay so much in rent, they have no money left for good beer so PBR was the #1 seller. true story. haha.
damn halo - you know everyone. i gotta get my toe into hollywood. i got 7 finished screenplays to try and sell and one underway now and 5 more to come. im loaded with great movie ideas. the movies they're making now suck. copies of copied movies from years ago.
